Our firm’s founder, Evan Penelas is at the helm, a seasoned professional with a WSET Level 2 with Merit certification, and ServSafe Food Manager’s certification. With a wealth of experience spanning every facet of the wine and restaurant industries, our owner has honed their skills as a General Manager and executive sous chef of a Michelin-starred restaurant. They have also served as a Beverage Director for a prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant group in Miami. This unique blend of knowledge and hands-on experience allows us to provide tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.
Our team comprises four additional consultants, each with a high-level background in the wine and restaurant industries.
